An authentic yakitori restaurant tucked away in a little alley off Raccoon Alley in the heart of Sapporo.
The meat has just the right amount of elasticity, juiciness, and exquisite chewiness.
The restaurant uses mainly "Kuro-oh" and "Kisaki Jidori" local chickens directly from the production area.
The meat has a subtle sweetness and richness, but is not cloying or peculiar, and the more you chew it, the more the flavor and juices spread in your mouth.
