Tori Ichi is located in the back alley of Raccoon Alley 1-chome, Sapporo. The quietly lit signboard of "Tori Ichi" is a unique proof that the restaurant offers a course of "exquisite yakitori" that is thoroughly cooked with the utmost care.

Using local chicken directly from the region, the artisan craftsmen manipulate the heat of the charcoal to the millimeter.
