Tori Ichi is located in the back alley of Raccoon Alley 1-chome, Sapporo. Tori Ichi is a hideout-like restaurant** that offers a course menu** that draws out the maximum potential of the ingredients.

The star of the show is the exquisite skewers, which our artisans grill with all their souls, using local chicken directly from the production area. The heat is adjusted in seconds, based on the melting point of the fat and the quality of the meat in each section. The heat from the binchotan charcoal is controlled at will, resulting in a crispy and fragrant surface, while the rich juices overflow from the inside. Each skewer is a work of art.

From the first dish to the last, no compromises are made in the choice of utensils or the presentation of the dishes. The dramatic presentation of "deliciousness" with the eyes and palate is a true delight that only a restaurant specializing in course meals can offer.
