The intense far-infrared rays of binchotan, which reach over 1,000 degrees Celsius, instantly sear the surface of the chicken and lock in the flavor inside. The flame is fine-tuned for each part of the chicken, millimeter by millimeter, second by second, so that the outside is fragrant and the inside is surprisingly juicy. The artisan grills the chicken while interacting with the charcoal, bringing out the best in the ingredients.
The course menu is designed to allow you to enjoy the best of the day's cuisine. We also put a lot of thought into the sophisticated serving utensils and presentation, and deliver dishes that are delicious to the eyes and taste buds, raising expectations the moment they are delivered.
