In the back alley of Raccoon Alley 1-chome, Sapporo. Tori Ichi is a yakitori specialty restaurant that pursues a fusion of ingredients and techniques.

Our restaurant uses only the freshest, directly from the production area, jidori (local chicken). In order to bring out the best of the chicken's natural flavor, we grill each skewer to perfection with a meticulous attention to detail. We offer a supreme course menu that is delicious to the eyes and palate. The dishes are prepared with the utmost attention to aesthetics, including the containers and serving dishes, and are truly a gastronomic experience that satisfies all five of the senses.
