Tori Ichi is a yakitori specialty restaurant located in a back alley in Raccooncho 1-chome, a hideaway for adults. As the photo shows, the restaurant pursues the depth of its jidori chicken, which comes directly from the place of production.

The skill of our skilled chefs changes the distance and time from the heat source for each part of the chicken, and exquisite cooking produces a delicate texture and flavor that cannot be experienced anywhere else.
