Tori Ichi is an authentic yakitori specialty restaurant, a quiet hideaway on Raccoon Alley 1-chome in Sapporo. The star of our restaurant is our yakitori, which is carefully grilled one by one by our skilled chefs using locally-raised chicken directly from the region.
The secret to the delicious flavor is the skill of our chefs, who determine the optimum degree of grilling for each part of the meat and change the heat to exquisite perfection.
