Tori Ichi is a yakitori specialty restaurant for adults, tucked away on Raccoon Alley 1-chome in Sapporo. We use the freshest local chicken directly shipped from the production area, and our chefs' techniques, which change the heat exquisitely for each part of the chicken to bring out the best of the chicken, shine through. We hope you will enjoy the passion and delicate techniques that go into each skewer.
Dishes are served in a course format. In addition to yakitori, we also offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients. We also pay particular attention to the serving utensils and presentation to enhance the flavor of each dish, making each dish a feast for the eyes as well.
