Exquisite Yakitori Course at Raccoon Alley, Sapporo / Sapporo / Yakitori / Sukiyaki / Restaurant / Gourmet / Toriichi /.

Raccoon Shoji is a major sightseeing and shopping area in Sapporo. Tori Ichi Yakitori Specialty Restaurant Tori Ichi is located in the heart of Raccoon Shoji 1-chome in the heart of the city, quietly tucked away in the "L-jibangai" district. Tucked away in the back alley, Tori Ichi is truly a "hideout "** for adults.

The "ultimate grill" that changes the heat for each part of the dish and carefully selected ingredients
Our restaurant is particular about "flame broiling". We use "Tosa Binchotan" produced in Kochi Prefecture, which has a strong flame, to determine the optimum level of grilling for each part of the chicken. For the main dish, we use "Amakusa Daio," a rare, high-quality** Kumamoto Prefecture chicken from Hokkaido. We offer a "special yakitori" that maximizes the flavor of the meat, along with "a la carte" dishes using seasonal ingredients and "nabe" (hot pot) dishes with a rich broth as the deciding ingredient.

Special dinner time spent in a high quality space
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with "counter seats" where you can see the craftsmanship up close** and "white wood table seats" ideal for intimate meals. The "high quality space" is ideal for "special meals "** such as "business entertainment, dinners" and "anniversaries, dates, etc.

A wide selection of wines and brand-name sake, carefully selected by our sommelier, are available for you to enjoy **"marriage "** with yakitori.

**5 minutes walk from Sapporo Odori Station. Enjoy a memorable and luxurious dinner experience** at Tori Ichi at the end of your stroll along Raccoon Alley. Reservations are required.
