The main dish, yakitori, is a confident piece of chicken that shines with the skill of our craftsmen who grill the chicken directly from the production area at once using high-heat binchotan (charcoal). The crispy outside and juicy inside are the ultimate in flavor.

In addition, a variety of dishes using seasonal ingredients, such as a la carte dishes, hot pots, and takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables), will be served as a course.
