Tori Ichi is tucked away in an alley on Raccoon Alley 1-chome along the Sosegawa River in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It is a yakitori specialty restaurant like a hideout for adults that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the bustling area.

Our restaurant carefully selects the freshest local chicken directly from the production area and the most delicious seasonal ingredients of the season. We offer an omakase course of authentic yakitori, which is made with the skill of our chefs, who are particular about the perfect cooking of each piece of chicken.

In addition to our signature yakitori, we offer a wide variety of dishes, including a la carte dishes carefully selected for their presentation, hot pot based on rich chicken soup simmered for a long time, and takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables) to finish the meal.
