We offer a course of our signature yakitori, prepared by our master chefs who use high-heat binchotan charcoal and exquisitely change the heat for each part of the chicken.

A la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients, hot pots and takikomi-gohan (rice cooked in chicken broth) based on chicken white soup made with a lot of time and care, and a variety of other dishes carefully selected in terms of their containers and presentation are available.
