Tori Ichi is a yakitori specialty restaurant located in an alley on Raccoon Alley 1-chome along the Sosegawa River, which is like a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Sapporo, even though it is in the center of the city.

Our yakitori is a dish to be enjoyed with all five senses. First, there is the fragrant aroma of the strong binchotan charcoal used to grill the chicken all at once. Then, the skillful technique of our chefs unfolds before your eyes. The rich flavor of the chicken, which comes directly from the production area, overflows in your mouth. Our grilled chicken, which we take great pride in, will leave a deep impression on your heart.

Our dishes are served in a course style, which is full of attention to detail. In addition to yakitori, we put our heart and soul into every dish, from a la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients, to pots and rice cooked in chicken white soup that is cooked for a long time to finish.
