We offer a yakitori course menu using local chicken directly from the region and carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, such as yakitori with a special flame that changes the heat to the perfect degree for each part of the chicken, a la carte dishes that are particular about the container and serving style, and hot pot and takikomi gohan based on chicken and vegetable soup made by simmering chicken stock and vegetables for a long time.

The course includes chicken entrails. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any food allergies or dislikes.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or other scented products.
Children who cannot eat the same course as adults are not allowed to enter the restaurant.
Only wine, champagne and sake can be brought in.
