
Tori Ichi, located in an alley (L-jibangai) on Raccoon Shoji 1-chome, offers yakitori courses using local chicken directly from the production area and carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
We use carefully selected ingredients such as "Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, which is characterized by its resilient meat and strong flavor, and prepare a variety of dishes that are pleasing to the eye and palate, including yakitori grilled at once using bincho charcoal, grilled vegetables, and a la carte dishes that are carefully arranged in dishes and serving dishes.
