The white wooden tables and counter seats are arranged to provide a relaxed atmosphere for dining.

The specialty is the yakitori, a specialty of the skilled artisans who grill the "Amakusa Daioh," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, at once over high-heat binchotan (binchotan charcoal).
