
Tori Ichi" is a yakitori specialty restaurant like a hideout, located in an alley (L-jiban-gai) in Raccoon Shoji 1-chome, a 5-minute walk from Exit 36 of Odori Subway Station.
We offer a yakitori course menu using carefully selected seasonal ingredients and local chickens shipped directly from the region.
The yakitori is made from "Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, which is characterized by its moderate elasticity and exquisite chewiness, and grilled over high-heat binchotan charcoal. The seasonal ingredients are beautifully presented in a variety of dishes.
We have an extensive drink menu including wines from around the world carefully selected by our sommelier in consideration of their compatibility with our cuisine, as well as brand-name sake from all over the country.
