At Tori Ichi, a hideaway on Raccoon Shoji 1-chome L-jiban Street, you can enjoy a course of yakitori carefully grilled one by one by our skilled chefs.

Amakusa Daioh," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, is cooked over optimal heat using binchotan charcoal to bring out the best of each chicken's unique flavor.

We offer yakitori served at its best by our craftsmen, and a la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients, with special attention paid to the serving utensils and presentation.

We also strive to provide a blissful experience for our guests.

The course includes chicken entrails. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any food allergies or dislikes.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or other scented products.
Children who cannot eat the same course as adults are not allowed to enter the restaurant.
Only wine, champagne and sake can be brought in.

No distilled spirits or other alcoholic beverages are allowed.
