Amakusa Daioh," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, is cooked over optimal heat using binchotan charcoal to bring out the best of each chicken's unique flavor.
We offer yakitori served at its best by our craftsmen, and a la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients, with special attention paid to the serving utensils and presentation.
