
Tori Ichi" is a yakitori specialty restaurant like a hideout, tucked away in an alley (L-jiban-gai) on Raccoon Shoji 1-chome.
We offer yakitori and a la carte dishes in a course format, using local chicken directly from the region and carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
Our specialty is yakitori, a specialty of our craftsmen's skill, in which the "Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken with moderate elasticity and exquisite texture, is grilled over high-heat binchotan charcoal.
The 6,000 yen course offers 13 dishes including yakitori, and the 8,000 yen course offers 15 dishes including yakitori.
We also offer an extensive drink menu including wines from around the world and brand-name sake, carefully selected by our sommelier to pair well with our yakitori. Please enjoy the marriage with our specialty Yakitori.
