Tori Ichi" is a yakitori specialty restaurant in Sapporo that offers a course of yakitori grilled directly from the production area using Tosa binchotan charcoal produced in Kochi Prefecture, which has a high heat value.

Courses are available for various occasions such as dates, girls' night out, and business entertainment.

The 7,000 yen course includes our signature yakitori and a choice of either mizutaki or sukiyaki chicken, which is prepared in a special chicken white soup stock.

The restaurant also offers an extensive drink menu, including wines from around the world carefully selected by a sommelier and brand-name sake.
