Tori Ichi" is a yakitori specialty restaurant like a hideout, located in an alley (L-jiban-gai) on Raccoon Shoji 1-chome.
Using carefully selected ingredients, we offer a variety of dishes beautifully and deliciously prepared by our artisans.

A wide variety of dishes are available, including yakitori, which is made with locally raised chicken and carefully cooked, and mizutaki, which uses chicken and vegetable broth slowly simmered in chicken white soup stock.

There is also an extensive drink menu including wines from around the world carefully selected by a sommelier and brand-name sake from various regions of Japan.

Courses are available for various occasions such as dates, girls' night out, and business entertainment.
