Tori Ichi" is a yakitori specialty restaurant like a hideout located in an alleyway of Raccoon Shoji.
We offer a course of our signature yakitori, which is grilled with the skill of our chefs using high-heat binchotan (charcoal), a type of charcoal that is directly imported from the region.

We also pay particular attention to the serving utensils and presentation, preparing a variety of dishes that are pleasing to the eye as well as the taste buds.
There is also an extensive drink menu, including wines and Japanese sake, carefully selected to pair well with the cuisine.
