Tori Ichi" is a yakitori specialty restaurant like a hideout located in an alley (L-jiban-gai) in Raccoonchoji 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo.
Yakitori using local chicken directly shipped from the region and seasonal ingredients is served in a course format.

The yakitori is a masterpiece of craftsmanship that focuses on flame broiling, with each part of the chicken being cooked in a different way to perfection.
