
Sapporo's yakitori specialty restaurant, Tori Ichi, offers yakitori made with seasonal ingredients and local chickens shipped directly from the production area.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, such as yakitori, a dish using seasonal ingredients, and a nabe based on chicken white soup, using "Amakusa-Daiou," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, which is cooked using high-heat binchotan charcoal.
We also offer an extensive drink menu, including brand-name wines from around the world and Japanese sake from around Japan, carefully selected by our sommelier to pair well with our yakitori.
You can enjoy the marriage of yakitori and sake to the fullest.
