Tori Ichi is a yakitori specialty restaurant located on L-jiban-gai, an alley in Raccoon Shoji 1-chome, and offers a course menu of yakitori and a la carte dishes using local chicken and seasonal ingredients directly from the production area.
The yakitori, which is made with a special attention to exquisitely changing the heat for each part, uses "Amakusa Daioh" from Kumamoto Prefecture, which is characterized by its crunchiness and juicy meat.
The 7,000 yen course offers a choice of Mizutaki or Chicken Sukiyaki, which is made with a base of chicken white soup that has concentrated flavor by slowly simmering chicken stock and vegetables.
We also offer an extensive drink menu, including wines from around the world carefully selected by our sommelier to match the cuisine, and brand-name sake from various regions of Japan.
