
We offer a course of yakitori chicken, which is made from "Amakusa Daioh," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, characterized by its elasticity and juicy meat, and cooked over high-heat using binchotan charcoal to lock in the delicious flavor.
The menu is a superb course menu that can be enjoyed with the eyes as well, with careful attention paid to the dishes and presentation.
We also offer an extensive drink menu including wines from around the world carefully selected by our sommelier that go well with our dishes, as well as brand-name sake from around Japan.
