
Tori Ichi" is a Sapporo yakitori specialty restaurant that offers three different yakitori courses using seasonal ingredients and local chickens directly from the production area.
We use "Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, which is characterized by its chewy texture and juicy meat, and offer yakitori that highlights the skill of our chefs in bringing out the best of the ingredients by changing the heat for each part of the chicken.
We offer a wide variety of dishes such as "Mizutaki" and "Chicken Sukiyaki" using chicken white soup stock made by slowly simmering chicken bones and vegetables.
We also pay special attention to the dishware, so please enjoy not only the taste, but also the sight of the dish.
