
Tori Ichi is a yakitori specialty restaurant that is tucked away in an alleyway on Raccoon Shoji 1-chome.
We use carefully selected seasonal ingredients, and offer a course of yakitori that is cooked differently for each part of the chicken.
Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, characterized by its chewy texture and juicy meat, is used and grilled all at once using Tosa Binchotan, a charcoal grill produced in Kochi Prefecture with strong fire power. We offer a wide variety of dishes, such as yakitori, in which the craftsman's skill in sealing in the flavor of the ingredients by changing the heat for each part of the chicken, and nabe (hot pot) using chicken white soup stock made by slowly simmering chicken stock and vegetables.
We also offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines from around the world and brand-name sake from all over Japan, carefully selected by our sommelier to pair with our cuisine.
