Yakitori using Tosa-binchotan charcoal with high fire power, and particular about the heat treatment @ Ranjikoji / Sapporo / Yakitori / Sukiyaki / Restaurant / Gourmet / Toriichi / .

Tori Ichi is a yakitori restaurant located in an alley off Raccoon Shoji 1-chome, and offers three different courses of yakitori made with "Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, which is known for its chewiness and juiciness.

Using "Tosa binchotan" charcoal produced in Kochi Prefecture, which has a high flame power, the texture and flavor of the yakitori are locked in by changing the flame for each part of the chicken.

A wide variety of dishes are available, such as rice with egg cooked in an earthenware pot using chicken and vegetable soup stock made by slowly simmering chicken and vegetables.

The restaurant can be used for a wide range of occasions such as intimate dinners, girls' night out, and business entertainment.
