Yakitori is made from "Amakusa Daioh," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, and is grilled using high-heat binchotan charcoal, changing the heat for each part of the chicken.
Mizutaki and sukiyaki using chicken broth made by simmering chicken and vegetables for a long time.
