The "Amakusa Daio," Kumamoto Prefecture's local chicken, is characterized by its moderately resilient, juicy, and exquisitely chewy meat, and is carefully grilled using "Tosa Binchotan" charcoal from Kochi Prefecture, which has a strong fire power, to change the cooking process for each part of the chicken.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, such as nabe (hot pot) using broth made from chicken and vegetables simmered for a long time.
